Looking at the recorded destinations of 16-19 learners at all CWM colleges, the data is not reliable due to the high proportion (35%) for whom a destination was not recorded.
However of the recorded destinations, 37% of learners progressed to further FE, 11% to work (of which 3% were apprenticeships), and 11% to HE.

Destinations vary according to the level of learning; there is a clear pattern where the lower the level, the more likely the young person is to progress to further FE learning and the higher the level, the more likely the young person is to progress into work.
Level 2 leavers are the most likely to start an apprenticeship at 3.7%.
