Geographical patterns of change in spend over this period were not even with an increases of 18% and 12% in the Black Country and Birmingham and Solihull LEPs’ respectively but a decrease of -7% in Coventry and Warwickshire LEP.
There was a decrease in the number of Apprenticeship learners of about -680 (-7%).

There was a decrease in both male (-5%) and female Apprenticeship learners, while those recorded as having a disability increased by +7%. There were decreases in numbers of Apprenticeship learners recorded in all ethnic groups with the exception of Asian/Asian British and ‘Other’.
