The work of Colleges West Midlands is reviewed and agreed by the members on an annual basis and is shaped into an annual workplan.
Key workplan activities include:
- Regular meetings of the following groups: Principals, Senior Leaders, Employed Group, ESOL group, Safer Students, Funding and Operations, Sector groups.
- Responsive activity to developments and opportunities for influencing strategy, representing colleges’ views and collective bidding.
- Projects which colleges lead and which are supported by the CWM team
