CWM Chair
- Oversees strategic direction and the execution of all CWM initiatives.
- Leads engagement with external partners and national stakeholders.
- Chairs the Principals and Net Zero groups.
- Former Principal and CEO at multiple colleges.
Andy Greenhough
CWM Consultant
- Leads and co-chairs sector groups across Construction, Engineering, Automotive, Digital, Green technologies, T Levels, and other areas.
- Leads Employed Group and acts as a key liaison with DWP and WMCA and other external partners to strengthen the region’s skills offer.
- Extensive experience in FE colleges, focusing on employer responsive skills and recruitment solutions, employer engagement, market intelligence and collaborative bidding.
Neil Thomas
CWM Consultant
- Facilitates collaboration with college leaders and key external stakeholders.
- Chairs and supports CWM groups, including Green Skills, priority sectors and NEET groups.
- 25 years experience in further education, including over 7 years in Principal or CEO roles.
Amy Dicken
CWM Partnership Co-ordinator
- Primary point of contact for members, inquiries, external stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Organises, plans, attends, and takes minutes at meetings.
- Maintains systems, financial records, and database maintenance.
Miriam O’Leary
CWM Consultant
- Facilitates collaboration with college leaders and key external stakeholders.
- Chairs and supports the EDI network groups.
- Brings over 30 years of experience in FE colleges and IAG, specialising in marketing, recruitment, and student support.
- Responsible for data collection and reporting.
