New Net Zero Solutions Training Centre Coming to Dudley

A new net zero solutions training centre is being built in Dudley, thanks to funding from the Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF).

E.ON is strengthening its commitment to a more sustainable energy future by expanding its work with Dudley College on the project.

The centre will ensure students are equipped with the skills needed to lead the charge in low-carbon technologies – and ensure the West Midlands remains at the forefront of energy innovation.

It comes after skills shortages were identified in the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) and resulted in many colleges and training providers across the West Midlands joining forces to help fill the skills gap with the new brand Skills West Midlands & Warwickshire.
