Kidderminster College is the anchor institution in the Wyre Forest, whilst also serving the Worcestershire and West Midlands regions. Kidderminster College has an established reputation for delivering a high-quality learner experience across a range of subjects including performing arts, construction, iautomotive, health and care, travel and tourism, hair and beauty, as well as a range of professional services including accounting and business administration.

Kidderminster College also has strong, well-established relationships with key local and regional employers, delivering animal care based at West Midlands Safari Park and the college’s most recent addition, The Centre of Sporting Excellence, where sports provision is delivered in partnership with Kidderminster Harriers Football Club. Further to the sector-based academies in animal care and sports, Kidderminster College also offers a growing range of apprenticeship provision, traineeships, sector based work academy programmes and skills bootcamps, all delivered through our dedicated business centre at The Point.

As part of NCG, which is one of the largest education and training providers in the UK, our students benefit from the support, expertise and resources of a national organisation, with the agility, responsiveness and personal service of a community college. Utilising NCG’s degree awarding powers, we are also expanding our higher education provision, providing routes into HE across a range of subjects.

We’re perfectly located in the heart of Kidderminster, making the college easily accessible from Worcestershire, Stourbridge and Birmingham, with excellent bus and train links. Positioned right next to the public library and across from the town hall, the college benefits from the amenities of a city-based college, whilst in the surroundings of a historic market town. We are also currently investing over £2,000,000 through our ambitious estates strategy, ensuring that our students benefit from world class training facilities and sector leading digital infrastructure.
